Thrifting Finds!

Walked into my first thrift store about a year ago and was able to pick up 2 blazers, a couple skirts, and a shirt for all less than $10 and that's when my addiction started! Lol!  Since then I have been thrifting at least once a week and I have found a number of great things at great prices! As you know I found my vanity, chair and Amaya's headboard all at thrift stores.  But, I also have found lots of other pieces...dresses, shirts, skirts, jeans, shoes, jewelry, and a ton of blazers!!!  At the Salvation Army (SA) store I like to shop at, they have a different color tag on sale each week and for that week all clothing with that color tag is 50% off.  However, at Miracle Hill Thrift (MHT) and Goodwill, each week a color tag goes on sale for 50% off for half of the week and then $1 the later half of the week.  This is when I shop, the $1 days!  Here are some of the pieces I have found over the months.

Salvation Army

Old Navy Blazer- $2.50

Skirts- $1.49 each (cut shorter and hemmed)

Clutch- $1

Capri pants- $2 (made into shorts)

Pink pants (turned shorts) and plaid Ralph Lauren shirt- $2 total (Miracle Hill Thrift)

Pink shirt and black and white pencil skirt- $2.50 total (SA and MHT)

Tommy Hilfiger denim dress and tan belt- $4.50 total (SA)
