Remember this post? Well, I finally got around to making my own and while it didn't come out 100% right, I still like it. I measured my head and somehow I still got the measurements all wrong (lol) and it came out too small for my head but I will use it for Amaya when I let her fro out!
Supplies: Fabric, wire, wire cutters and fabric glue (not pictured)
This is the cut fabric, I make it about 25 inches long and 4-5 inches in width. I made a bunny ear with each end of the wire and just used some packaging tape (because that's what I had on hand) to wrap around the wire and make it a little more sturdy.
Here is the finished product! I really love this pattern and I have used it to do multiple products because I got the fabric on sale a while ago. As soon as I let Amaya's fro loose one day, I will be trying this on her. I will also be making another one for myself to fit around my entire head and also a smaller one to wear with a puff or bun.
