Cause That's How I Roll!

I'm #teamnatural all day, every day! I LOVE my natural hair, every coil, kink, curl, and fluff is unique to me :)! While I do love my hair, let's be clear, I'm not, NOT a natural hair nazi.  You know someone who preaches the gospel of natural hair and loving thy natural self 24/7/365???? Yeah, that chick isn't me! Lol! I am more than happy to answer any questions I get about natural hair but I don't try to convince anyone to go natural.  Well, it was that one time...hey, it was my sister....yeah, it worked!  I enjoy my hair so all I want is for others to love their hair whether it's natural, curly, straight, relaxed, braided, twisted, or if you weavin' or wiggin' it.  My motto is Do You Boo!

The short version of my hair story is that my hair has been relaxed since I could remember so I don't know when I had my first relaxer.  I've gotten a relaxer about once every two months for the past how many years until September 2010 when I got my last one and then big chopped to go natural May 7, 2011 and I haven't looked back.  It's been quite a journey and every day has not been nice or pretty, but I take the bad days with the good and move on.  I probably won't post about my hair very often simply because it is growing back out from a tapered cut that I got in May 2013 so many styles look similar.  But I will post various natural hair articles that I find interesting and helpful.

Here are a few pics of my hair and I will share the different styles and the products that I use.  I hope you find this information helpful and feel free to ask questions and I will try my best to answer :)!

    1. The first time can be messy so be prepared. Also wear gloves if you don't want orange hands lol! Also make sure to deep condition well after because it can make your hair really dry.
